Implemented the game

Notes:
In part 2 I had to add an obstacle right at the end, so the player has to push the box down and jump from the box.  I also added the acid. I know that I intended to put it there, but forgot to draw it into OPD by mistake. I am not sure if I should stick to the OPD or not.

In part 3, I am not sure if I should inform the player about breakable wall. It is not in OPD and I think it is logical that the player should try to break it when they was just informed about the attacking. But it is a tutorial level and therefore I should tell player everything?

I had some problems with part 4. I was not sure if a player comes up with the idea that they can kill an enemy using environment. So I decided that Ellen tells them to use the environment (which is not said in OPD). But I am still not sure if it is necessary.
Another thing in part 4 was that I didn't realised during creating OPD that the enemy can jump off the platform when attacking. Therefore I made moving platform go all the way down. This way, the player can pick the enemy up again. There are also more options how to kill said enemy than I originally planned, but I don't think that it is a bad thing.

I had no bigger problems with scripting (just that I was slow and made stupid mistakes, especially at the beginning). At the end I even re-wrote some things i scripted at the beginning, because I was able to write them better (and they work better).
